Our March Madness program has officially wrapped up, but the content is still available as we count down 365 days to our second annual event! This beginner-friendly program, designed for working professionals with a special focus on women, helped celebrate Women's History Month by embracing strength through movement and wellness. Over six days, participants engaged in energizing Taekwondo Yoga routines that blended dynamic movement with calming practices — boosting energy, managing stress, and promoting mental clarity.
